湿润烧伤膏治愈朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症新生儿皮损1例报告

摘　　要：给予2023年5月宜昌市妇幼保健院收治的1例朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)患儿在抗感染等对症支持治疗基础上,皮损创面予以碘伏消毒及外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗;治疗5 d后皮损未见好转,改用湿润烧伤膏治疗;湿润烧伤膏治疗7 d后,皮损完全消退,未见新发皮疹及内脏受累。One neonate with Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH)admitted to Yichang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in May 2023 was treated with povidone-iodine disinfection and topical recombinant human epidermal growth factor for skin lesion wounds,on the basis of symptomatic supportive treatment including infection control.After 5 days of treatment,the skin lesions did not improve,so MEBO treatment was applied as a replacement.After 7 days of treatment with MEBO,all skin lesions disappeared,with no new rashes or visceral involvement observed.
