摘 要:为获取变压器内部温度,通过仿真分析其温度场分布,建立基于电磁-流体-温度的多物理场耦合变压器有限元模型。考虑油浸式配电变压器满载、超载、重载、2种谐波电流以及6种三相不平衡共11种不同工况,仿真分析油浸式变压器内部温度场分布情况。仿真结果表明,变压器热点温度位于低压绕组内部上方约72%高度位置,室温30℃情况下满载、超载和重载热点温度分别为75.0、91.3和122.0℃,20%和40%谐波畸率工况下热点温度达到85.6和98.8℃。三相不平衡工况下热点温度存在4.8%~14.7%不等的升高。基于国标进行变压器温升实验,满载工况下实验结果与仿真结果平均绝对误差为1.54℃,具有较好的一致性,验证了仿真模型的正确性与有效性。To obtain the internal temperature of the transformer,a multi physics coupled finite element model of the transformer based on electromagnetic fluid temperature was established through simulation analysis of its temperature field distribution.The internal temperature field distribution of the oil immersed transformer was simulated and analyzed considering 11 different working conditions it worked in,including full load,overload,heavy load,2 types of harmonic currents,and 6 types of three-phase unbalance.The simulation results show that the hot spot temperature of the transformer is located at a height of about 72%above the inside of the low-voltage winding.At room temperature of 30℃,the hot spot temperatures under full load,overload and heavy load are 72.5,91.3,and 122.0℃,respectively.Under the harmonic distortion conditions at 20%and 40%,the hot spot temperatures reach 85.6 and 98.8℃,respectively.Under three unbalanced operating conditions,the hot spot temperature increases by 4.8%to 14.7%.Finally,in a transformer temperature rise experiment conducted according to the national standard,the average error between the experimental results and simulation results under full load conditions is 1.54,indicating good consistency,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation model.
