摘　　要：为实现生产环境对柔性贴标高精度、高速度的要求,提出一种基于机器视觉技术的柔性贴标系统标签解码和贴标位置识别的优化算法。该算法引入深度迁移学习,增强对复杂生产条件下光照变化和噪声干扰的适应性,提高标签解码识别率;采用偏振片预处理减轻环境光干扰,然后运用基于形状的模板匹配策略,在处理后的图像中搜索预定义形状模板,实现对不同尺寸、姿态和光照条件下标签贴标位置的准确定位。纸箱贴标系统实验结果表明,使用该算法后,标签解码识别率提升至98.38%,响应速度为0.027 s,正标率达99%以上。To meet the high-precision and high-speed requirements of flexible labeling in production,an optimization algorithm based on machine vision technology is proposed for label decoding and label position recognition of a flexible labeling system.The algorithm introduces deep transfer learning to improve the adaptability to illumination changes and noise interference under complex production conditions,and improves the label decoding recognition rate.It uses polarizer preprocessing to reduce ambient light interference,and a shape-based template matching strategy to identify predefined shape templates in the processed image to achieve accurate positioning of the label position under different sizes,postures and lighting conditions.The experimental results of the carton labeling system show that using this algorithm,the label decoding recognition rate reaches 98.38%,the response speed 0.027 s,and the correct label rate over 99%.
