摘　　要：中医治疗偏头痛具有多层次、多靶点、多途径的特点。梳理中医防治偏头痛临床研究思路,加强随机对照试验和真实世界研究相结合的偏头痛临床疗效评价,加强以脑功能影像为实验手段的偏头痛中医临床机制研究,基于方法学进展探索新型临床设计方案。厘清中医防治偏头痛研究中存在的关键问题,规范临床研究设计和实施,保障中医证候诊断客观性和可重复性,合理设置安慰剂对照,制定体现中医特色的疗效观察指标,建立科学的疗效评价体系,最终形成规范报告,将临床疗效提升为高水平循证证据,提升中医药服务能力。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the characteristics of multi-level,multi-target pathway in the treatment of migraine.This paper sorts out the clinical research ideas of TCM prevention and treatment of migraine,which strengthen the evalu-ation of clinical efficacy of migraine by combining randomized controlled trials and real-world research,reinforce the research of clinical mechanism of migraine in TCM using brain functional imaging as the experimental means,and explore the new clinical design based on methodological progress.We clarify the key problems in the research of TCM prevention and treatment of migraine,to standardize the design and implementation of clinical research,to ensure the objectivity and repeatability of TCM syndrome diagnosis,to set up the placebo control reasonably,to formulate the efficacy observation index reflecting the characteristics of TCM,to establish the scientific efficacy evaluation system,and finally to form the standardized report,so as to improve the clinical efficacy to a high-level evidence-based evidence and enhance our TCM service capabilities.
