摘　　要：清代医家丁国瑞在其著作《治痢捷要新书》中提出了“治痢宜伸阳气之权”的独到论述,认为阳气功能失常是痢疾的病因及其病理结果,在治疗痢疾时,应重视调复患者阳气,以使脾胃运化恢复正常。本文从《治痢捷要新书》出发,分析探讨其从阳气角度出发治疗痢疾的独到见解,并附临床验案加以阐释,以期为痢疾的临床诊治提供参考。New Treatise on Essentials of Treating Dysentery was written by DING Guorui,a physician of the Qing Dynasty.It is believed that dysfunction of yang qi is both the cause and the pathological result of dysentery,and“restoring the function of yang qi for treating dysentery”is put forward in this book.It’s important to regulate and restore yang qi in the treatment of dysentery,so as to restore the normal transpor-tation and transformation of spleen and stomach.This paper analyzes his original views on treating dysentery from the perspective of yang qi based on New Treatise on Essentials of Treating Dysentery,and explains it with clinical cases,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of dysentery.
