中医导引术在骨质疏松症中的临床应用概述

摘　　要：骨质疏松症是骨伤科临床常见病、多发病,随着年龄的增长症状逐渐明显。传统中医导引术作为一种非药物治疗手段,在骨质疏松症的防治中展现出独特优势。通过深入分析五禽戏、太极拳、易筋经、八段锦等传统健身功法在缓解骨质疏松症症状、预防骨质减少、增加骨密度以及调节和改善骨代谢状态等方面的显著效果及不足之处,充分评估导引术的临床优势,旨在为制定更科学合理的运动疗法处方提供新的思路和方法,发挥中医导引术在骨质疏松症防治中的潜在价值,以达到更好的治疗效果,提升患者生活质量。参考文献57篇。Osteoporosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the clinical practice of orthopedics and traumatology,and the symptoms become increasingly obvious with age.As a non-pharmacological treatment,the conduction exercises of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)show unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Through in-depth analysis of the significant effects and shortcomings of traditional fitness exercises such as five-animal exercises,Tai Chi,Yijin Jing,and Baduan Jin in relieving osteoporosis symptoms,preventing bone loss,increasing bone density,and regulating and improving bone metabolism,the clinical advantages of conduction exercises are fully evaluated.The purpose of this study is to provide new ideas and methods for the development of a more scientific and reasonable exercise therapy prescription,and give full play to the potential value of TCM conduction exercises in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,so as to achieve better therapeutic effects and improve the quality of life of patients.There are 57 references in total.
