摘  要:蒙药珍珠作为传统蒙药材,具有抑制中枢神经、美白护肤、促进伤口愈合、增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗炎、保护心脏、抗衰老等多种药理作用。本文结合网络药理学分析预测出卟啉、柯蒲醇、亮氨酸、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸等化合物,借鉴中药质量标志物“成分有效性”概念,探寻与珍珠药理作用的一致性,将以上化合物确立为珍珠的质量标志物,并为今后珍珠质量标准研究提供新的思路和方法。参考文献54篇。As a traditional Mongolian medicinal,Zhenzhu(Margarita)has many pharmacological effects such as inhibiting the central nervous system,whitening and skin care,promoting wound healing,enhancing immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,protecting the heart,anti-aging and so on.In this paper,porphyrin,copaol,leucine,glutamic acid,isoleucine,phenylalanine,lysine and other compounds were predicted by network pharmacological analysis.Referring to the concept of“component effectiveness”of quality markers of Chinese medicine,the consistency of their phar-macological effects with Zhenzhu was explored,and the above compounds were established as the quality markers of Zhenzhu.This paper also pro-vides new ideas and methods for the study of quality standards of Zhenzhu in the future.There are 54 references in total.
