摘 要:摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)能有效回收和利用机械能发电,在自驱动传感器中有巨大优势,但摩擦发电材料多为石油基材料,而生物质材料中壳聚糖基材料输出性能较低。因此,开发出高输出性能的壳聚糖基摩擦电材料具有重要意义。本研究利用壳聚糖(CS)、植酸(PA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)构建植酸-壳聚糖/聚乙烯亚胺(PA-CS/PEI)水凝胶,使之形成稳定的三维网络结构和具有较强的化学交联作用,并引入纳米金(AuNPs)形成纳米复合体系水凝胶。经测试,当25 mL壳聚糖-盐酸溶液中CS质量分数为4%时,加入50%PA 2 mL,20%PEI 0.5 mL制备的复合凝胶PA-0.4%CS/PEI,其屈服应力(1.6 MPa)是植酸-壳聚糖水凝胶(PA-2%CS,0.4 MPa)的4倍;当水凝胶PA-0.4%CS/PEI中AuNPs添加量为0.005 g时制得的PA-0.4%CS/5AuNPs/PEI,其电导率为0.099 S/m,电流值和功率密度相较于PA-0.4%CS/PEI分别高出11.1%和23%,表明PA-CS/AuNPs/PEI具有良好的导电性和摩擦发电性能,这不仅为能量收集提供了新的思路,还在柔性可穿戴传感器方面具有良好的应用前景。Triboe nanogenerators(TENG)could effectively recover and utilize mechanical energy to generate electricity,which had great advantages in self-driven sensors.However,most triboelectric materials were petroleum-based,while the output performance of chitosan-based materials in biomass materials was low.Therefore,it was important to develop chitosan-based triboelectric materials with high output performance.In this study,phytate-chitosan/polyethylenimide(PA-CS/PEI)hydrogel was constructed using chitosan(CS),phytic acid(PA),and polyethylenei mine(PEI).This enabled the formation of a stable three-dimensional network structure with strong chemical cross-linking,and gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)was introduced to form a nanocomposite hydrogel system.When the mass fraction of chitosan in 25 mL chitosan-hydrochloric acid solution was 4%,the composite gel of PA-0.4%CS/PEI was prepared by adding 2 mL of 50%PA and 0.5 mL of 2%PEI,and its yield stress(1.6 MPa)was 4 times that of phytic acid chitosan gel(PA-2%CS,0.4 MPa).When the amount of AuNPs added in PA-CS/AuNPs/PEI hydrogel was 0.005 g,the conductivity of PA-0.4%CS/5AuNPs/PEI was 0.099 S/m,and the current value and power density were 11.1%and 23%higher than that of PA-CS/PEI,respectively,indicating that PA-CS/AuNPs/PEI had good electrical conductivity and triboelectric performance.This not only provided a new idea for energy harvesting,but also had a promising application prospect in flexible wearable sensors.
