摘 要:利用环氧丙醇与腰果酚反应生成具有超支化结构的超支化腰果酚聚甘油,并在其端基上利用酯化反应引入巯基,再利用巯基点击反应引入3种衣康酸酯(衣康酸二甲酯或衣康酸二乙酯或衣康酸二丁酯)合成超支化腰果酚端巯基增塑剂(HCM-X),最后接枝到聚氯乙烯上,制备巯基点击自增塑型PVC(PVC-HCM-X)。通过DMA、TGA等多种测试方法对PVC-HCM-X的塑化效果进行了定性分析。通过TGA分析可知,HCM-X接枝后显著提升了PVC的热稳定性,接枝3种不同的衣康酸酯的PVC-HCM-X的热降解温度由264.5℃(PVC)最高提升至265.1~269.9℃,并且提高了PVC的峰值热降解温度。通过DMA测试与拉伸性能测试,测试了HCM-X接枝对PVC柔韧性的影响。接枝3种不同的衣康酸酯的PVC-HCM-X,玻璃化转变温度从83.10℃(PVC)降至68.34~69.59℃,同时断裂伸长率从33.38%提升至225.24%~272.74%。Hyperbranched cardanol polyglycerol with a hyperbranched structure was synthesized by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and cardanol.Then,thiol groups were introduced to the terminal groups through esterification reaction,and three itaconic acid esters were introduced through thiol-click reaction to synthesize hyperbranched cardanol thiol-terminated plasticizer(HCM-X).Finally,HCM-X was grafted onto PVC to prepare thiol-click self-plasticized PVC.The plasticizing effect of self-plasticized PVC was qualitatively analyzed by DMA,TGA and other tests.Through TGA analysis,it was found that the grafting of HCM-X significantly improved the thermal stability of PVC.The thermal decomposition temperature of PVC increased from 264.5℃to 265.1-269.9℃,and the temperature where PVC began to lose mass also increased.Through DMA and tensile performance tests,the effect of HCM-X grafting on the flexibility of PVC was tested.The glass transition temperatures of the internally plasticized PVC decreased from 83.10℃to 68.34-69.59℃respectively,and the tensile elongation at break increased from 33.38%to 225.24%-272.74%.
