摘 要:生物基9-癸烯酸甲酯是生物基油酸甲酯与乙烯的交叉复分解产物,乙烯与9-癸烯酸甲酯的共聚反应可能会开辟新的生物基聚烯烃合成路线。本研究采用配位聚合的方法,成功将生物基9-癸烯酸甲酯与乙烯进行共聚,经过工艺条件探索,得到非茂后过渡金属催化剂(Ni-N-Br)-甲基铝氧烷(MAO)催化体系是适合该反应的最佳催化路线;温度30℃、乙烯压力0.05 MPa、反应时间30 min、甲苯溶剂100 mL、Ni-N-Br用量5μmol、MAO用量2 mL和生物基9-癸烯酸甲酯浓度0.1 mol/L时,得到的生物基9-癸烯酸甲酯/乙烯共聚物,其熔融温度125.44℃、产率1.02 g、结晶温度114.42℃、重均相对分子质量(M_(w))2.63×10^(4)、相对分子质量分布1.6。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、DSC等证实了生物基9-癸烯酸甲酯/乙烯共聚物成功合成,为生物基极性单体与乙烯共聚提供了可行性路径。Bio-based polyolefin materials were derived from renewable biomass energy,which could be used as an effective substitute for traditional polyolefin materials,providing a feasible idea to solve the contradiction problem between the environment and the increasing demand for polyolefin products.In this paper,the biobase methyl 9-decenoate and ethylene were copolymerized successfully by the method of coordination polymerization.After exploring the process conditions,it was found that the non-postcene transition metal-MAO catalytic system was the best catalytic route for the reaction.When the temperature is 30℃,the ethylene pressure is 0.05 MPa,the reaction time is 30 min,the toluene solvent is 100 mL,the amount of Ni-N-Br is 5μmol,the amount of methylalumoxane is 2 mL,and the concentration of bio-9-decenoate is 0.1 mol/L,the copolymer of ethylene/bio-9-decenoate is obtained.The melting temperature is 125.44℃,the crystallization temperature is 114.42℃,the average relative molecular weight is 2630,and the molecular weight distribution is 1.6.The successful synthesis of ethylene/biobased methyl 9-decenoate copolymer was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy,hydrogen NMR spectroscopy and DSC,which provided a feasible path for the copolymerization of biobased polar monomer and ethylene,and also opened up a new route for the synthesis of biobased polyolefin materials.
