摘  要:本文提出了一种基于故障传播模型的系统测试性扩展建模方法,并对模型进行校核、验证。首先,根据产品的功能结构特点,构建其多信号流测试性模型;其次,基于对多信号流模型和故障传播模型元素映射关系的研究,在多信号流测试性模型的基础上构建产品的故障传播扩展模型;最后,在语义、程序和算法三个方面对建立的测试性扩展模型进行校核,并结合试验对模型的准确性进行验证。This article proposes a system testability extension modeling method based on fault propagation model,and verifies and validates the model.Firstly,based on the functional structure characteristics of the product,construct its multi signal flow testability model;Based on the research on the mapping relationship between the elements of the multi signal flow model and the fault propagation model,a fault propagation model is constructed on the basis of the multi signal flow testability model;Finally,the established testable extension model is verified in terms of semantics,programming,and algorithms,and its accuracy is validated through experiments.
