摘 要:本文基于南海西沙自然环境试验与紫外/中性盐雾循环试验结果,通过失光率、色差、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱分析研究涂层老化变化规律,对比分析丙烯酸聚氨酯迷彩涂层在老化过程中的微观形貌变化及其基团变化,探讨涂层在两种试验方式下的老化差异,推测出丙烯酸聚氨酯迷彩涂层在西沙自然环境试验中主要因树脂降解导致的面漆粉化,在紫外/冷凝-盐雾循环试验中的主要老化因素是光氧老化和高温氧化。This article is based on the results of Xisha natural environment tests and UV/neutral salt spray cycling tests,studies the aging changes of the coating through factors such as loss of gloss,color difference,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and infrared spectroscopy,the microstructure and functional group changes of the acrylic polyurethane camouflage coating during aging were compared and analyzed.The aging differences of the coating under two testing methods were explored,and it was speculated that the topcoat powdering of the acrylic polyurethane camouflage coating was caused by resin degradation in the Xisha natural environment test,while the main aging in the UV/condensation salt spray cycle test was photo oxidative aging and high-temperature oxidation.
