摘 要:针对某教练机星型活塞发动机的振动问题,本文聚焦发动机缸体的模态分析,并通过缸体的材料选型进行优化改进。结果表明,三种材料的模态变化规律基本一致,通过改变缸体材料可以有效提升固有频率,但并不会对模态振型产生影响;在振动机理分析时,应重点关注材料低阶模态参数与气缸燃烧激励倍频的关系;在材料选型优化过程中,建议优先选择高强度低密度材料(如钛合金等)。本研究不仅为基地级保障维修提供参数支持,也为同类型航空发动机的设计优化提供技术参考。This article focuses on the modal analysis of the engine cylinder block in response to the vibration problem of a certain coaching aircraft star shaped piston engine,and optimizes and improves it through material selection of the cylinder block.The results show that the modal changes of the three materials are basically consistent.By changing the cylinder material,the natural frequency can be effectively increased,but it does not affect the modal vibration mode;When analyzing the vibration mechanism,special attention should be paid to the relationship between the low order modal parameters of materials and the frequency doubling of cylinder combustion excitation;In the process of material selection optimization,it is recommended to prioritize the selection of high-strength and low-density materials(such as titanium alloys,etc.).This study not only provides parameter support for base level maintenance support,but also provides technical reference for the design optimization of similar aircraft engines.
