摘  要:基于全球气候变化加剧的背景,汽车行业作为温室气体排放的主要来源之一,急需降低碳排放。本文旨在探讨化学改性技术在汽车行业中的应用,为实现汽车材料的绿色化和低碳化提供理论支持,有助于推动汽车行业向低碳环保转型。本文首先分析了我国汽车行业碳排放现状,然后详细介绍了化学改性的定义与分类,包括表面处理、掺杂、复合化等方法,并阐述了这些方法如何提升金属、聚合物和陶瓷等汽车材料的性能,进而实现轻量化设计和能源效率提升,减少碳排放。此外,还讨论了化学改性技术在车身轻量化和提高汽车能源效率中的具体应用。最后,本文总结了化学改性技术在降低汽车材料碳排放中的作用,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望,包括高性能、智能化、绿色化和多场景应用等方向。Based on the background of intensified global climate change,the automotive industry,as one of the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions,urgently needs to reduce carbon emissions.This paper aims to explore the application of chemical modification technology in the automotive industry,providing theoretical support for the greening and low-carbon transformation of automotive materials,which is conducive to promoting the low-carbon and environmentally friendly transformation of the automotive industry.The paper first analyzes the current status of carbon emissions in China’s automotive industry,then introduces in detail the definition and classification of chemical modification,including methods such as surface treatment,doping,and compounding,and explains how these methods enhance the performance of automotive materials such as metals,polymers,and ceramics,thereby achieving lightweight design and improved energy efficiency to reduce carbon emissions.In addition,the specific applications of chemical modification technology in body lightweighting and improving automotive energy efficiency are also discussed.Finally,the paper summarizes the role of chemical modification technology in reducing carbon emissions of automotive materials and looks forward to its future development trends,including the directions of high performance,intelligence,greenness,and multi-scenario applications.
