摘　　要：针对散乱无序、品种多样的电子元器件检测过程中人工操作效率低、精度不稳定等问题,利用机器视觉技术提出一种电子元器件自动排料系统。本文全面分析检测智能化需求,深入研究机器视觉成像优化、深度学习、特征匹配等技术,研制计数模块、缺陷检测模块、自动排料模块,形成自动排料系统,实现了微小散装无序元器件的智能化排料检测。To address the challenges of low efficiency and inconsistent accuracy in manual inspection processes for scattered and diverse electronic components,propose an automatic sorting system for electronic components utilizing machine vision technology.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the needs for intelligent detection,conducts an in-depth study on technologies such as machine vision imaging optimization,deep learning,and feature matching,and other pertinent technologies,develop modules such as a counting module,defect detection module,and automatic sorting module,collectively forming an automatic sorting system.This system achieves intelligent sorting and detection of Small scattered electronic components.
