摘　　要：介绍了一种依靠ATE机台测试ARINC429总线协议收发器芯片的测试方法。基于典型ARINC429总线通讯协议芯片,介绍了ARINC429总线的应用场景、传输数据字结构和协议电平特点,详细阐述了该芯片实现ARINC429协议通信的功能组成,并给出了该款芯片的集成电路测试解决方案。测试结果充分表明,该测试解决方案可以全面对该款芯片的功能和电特性参数进行检测,测试数据结果稳定。A test method of ARINC429 bus protocol device based on automated test equipment was presented.Based on the typical bus chip,the application scenarios,transmission data word structure,and protocol level characteristics of ARINC429 bus was introduced.Chip’s implementation of ARINC 429 bus functions was elaborated in detail.An integrated circuit testing solution for the chip was provided.The test results fully show that the test method is stable and has a good performance in the chip’s functionality test and electrical characteristic parameters.
