摘　　要：本文介绍了高压漏电起痕试验仪的用途、原理及其技术指标,参考GB/T 6553-2014/IEC 60587:2007《在严酷环境条件下使用的电气绝缘材料评定耐电痕化和蚀损的试验方法》中高压漏电起痕试验仪的性能要求,提出了高压漏电起痕试验仪的校准项目和校准方法,并对试验电压和污染液流速参数的测量不确定度进行了评定,可做为高压漏电起痕试验仪校准的方法参考和技术依据。The paper introduces the use,principle and technical index of high voltage proof tracking index testers,referring to the performance requirements in standard GB/T 6553-2014/IEC60587:2007‘Electrical insulating materials used under severe ambient conditions—Test methods for evaluating resistance to tracking and erosion’.It puts forward the calibration items and calibration methods of the tester,and evaluates the measurement uncertainty of test voltage and contaminant flow rate.It can be used as a method reference and technical basis for calibration of high voltage proof tracking index testers.
