摘　　要：习近平文化思想是马克思主义文化理论中国化时代化最新理论成果,其中蕴含的关于民族地区文化建设的科学阐述,对新时代民族地区文化建设意义重大。习近平文化思想科学阐述了民族地区文化建设的重要性与核心内容,以习近平文化思想为指引,有助于新时代民族地区文化建设把握好根脉与魂脉的关系、传统与现代的关系、求同与存异的关系、供给与需求的关系。同时,习近平文化思想为新时代民族地区文化建设提出了实践要求:一是坚持党对民族地区文化建设的集中统一领导;二是坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领民族地区文化建设;三是坚持对民族地区优秀传统文化进行保护与传承;四是坚持推进民族地区文化事业和文化产业高质量发展。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is the latest theoretical achievement in adapting Marxist cultural theory to China’s condition and the new era.The scientific exposition of the cultural construction in ethnic minority areas,which reveals the importance and the core content,is of great significance to the cultural construction in those areas in the new era.Following Xi Jinping cultural thought is helpful in grasping the relationship between root and core,between tradition and modernity,between seeking common ground and reserving differences,and between supply and demand in new-era cultural construction in ethnic minority areas.At the same time,Xi Jinping cultural thought puts forward the practical requirements for this course:to insist on the Party’s unified leadership;to adhere to the socialist core values as the guide;to continue to protect and inherit the excellent traditional ethnic culture;and to promote high-quality cultural undertakings and industries in ethnic minority areas.
