摘 要:在数字化转型视域下,具备数字素养的教师是高等学校数字革命的中坚力量,研究教师数字素养是高校数字化转型的基础工作。有鉴于此,剖析出高校教师数字素养包括数字意识、数字专业知识与技能、数字实践应用、数字社会责任与数字专业发展共五大构成要素。鉴于高校教师数字素养发展现实境况,提出建强数字设施、活用数字技术、构建培训体系、实施试点示范、健全监测评价体系、增强数字社会责任意识等对策,以期提升高校教师数字素养整体水平,助推高校数字教育高质量创新发展。Under the perspective of digital transformation,teachers with digital literacy are the backbone of the digital revolution in higher education,and the study of teachers’digital literacy is the basic work of digital transformation in colleges and universities.In view of this,this essay analyzes the five major components of university teachers’digital literacy:digital awareness,digital expertise,digital practice and application,digital social responsibility and digital professional development.In view of the reality of the development of university teachers’digital literacy,the essay proposes several countermeasures,including improving digital facilities,flexibly utilizing digital technology,building the training system,implementing pilot demonstrations,improving the monitoring and evaluation system,and enhancing the awareness of digital social responsibility,so as to improve university teachers’overall digital literacy and boost the high-quality and innovative development of university digital education.
