模型的社区体育公园环境适老化分析

摘　　要：社区体育公园是老年人日常开展休闲健身的良好场所,能够有效促进老年人身心健康,丰富老年群体生活。为了解老年群体对当前社区体育公园环境需求程度,借助Kano模型定量化评价社区体育公园环境要素与老年群体需求之间的影响关系。结果显示,老年人优先关注的层面是场地进出便捷和环境氛围舒适,较不关注的是场地的社交与共享属性。具体来说,在活动安全层面,老年人最注重夜间照明要素;使用便捷层面,最注重无障碍设施建设;设施多样层面,更注重休闲健身设施;氛围舒适层面,更注重维护管理。结合评价情况提出确保公园使用安全、提升活动空间质量、完善公园活动设施和倡导公园多元共享四项适老化更新策略。Community sports park is a good place for the elderly to carry out daily leisure and fitness,which can effectively promote the physical and mental health of the elderly and enrich the life of the elderly group.In order to understand the degree of elderly people’s demand for the current community sports park environment,use Kano model to quantitatively evaluate the relationship between the environmental elements of community sports park and the needs of elderly people.The results showed that the elderly pay more attention to the convenient access and comfortable environment,and pay less attention to the social and sharing properties of the site.Specifically,at the level of activity safety,the elderly pay most attention to night lighting elements;At the level of convenience of use,the construction of barrier-free facilities is the most important;Various levels of facilities,more attention to leisure and fitness facilities;Atmosphere comfort level,pay more attention to late maintenance.Based on the evaluation,four aging renewal strategies were put forward to ensure the safety of park use,improve the quality of activity space,improve park activity facilities and advocate multi-sharing of park.
