鄂尔多斯地区小果型西瓜耐重茬自交系的比较

摘　　要：为选育适合鄂尔多斯地区优良的小果型西瓜耐重茬自交系,对18份小果型西瓜自交系在西瓜重茬地进行了田间试验和指标测定,比较了各自交系在单果重量、果实发育期、果肉含糖量、果皮厚度及抗病性方面的差异,通过灰色关联分析进行了综合评价。结果表明,西瓜自交系24017在单果重量、果实发育期、果肉含糖量、抗病性方面显示出了良好特性,自交系24012在单果重量、果肉含糖量、抗病性方面表现比较突出,枯萎病对西瓜自交系的单果重量产生了直接、主要的负面影响。通过灰色关联分析,自交系24017综合性状最优,与自交系24012都可以作为鄂尔多斯地区小果型西瓜耐重茬自交系在杂交育种中加以利用。In order to select excellent small fruit type watermelon inbred lines suitable for the Ordos region,field experiments and index measurements were conducted on 18 small fruit type watermelon inbred lines in watermelon intercropping fields.The differences in single fruit weight,fruit development period,fruit sugar content,skin thickness and disease resistance of each inbred line were compared,and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted through grey correlation analysis.The results showed that the watermelon inbred line 24017 exhibited good characteristics in terms of single fruit weight,fruit development period,fruit flesh sugar content,and disease resistance,while the inbred line 24012 showed outstanding performance in single fruit weight,fruit flesh sugar content and disease resistance.Wilt disease had a direct and significant negative impact on the single fruit weight of watermelon inbred lines.Through grey relational analysis,The inbred line 24017 has the best comprehensive traits and can be used together with the inbred line 24012 as inbred lines for small-fruit watermelon tolerating continuous cropping in hybrid breeding in the Ordos region.
