高职生家长为子女寻求心理专业治疗的阻碍及干预路径分析

摘  要:家长作为监护人是高职生接受心理专业治疗的决策者,决策过程包含问题的辨识、求助决定、服务的选择与使用三个阶段。家长的社会经济条件、子女行为问题的严重程度、接受心理治疗的污名感和对心理专业服务的理解与感受影响家长为子女寻求专业心理治疗的决策过程。据此,可从优化心理服务资源结构,提升经济便利性;协助家长进行问题评估,减少求助盲目性;消除心理治疗污名感,提高家长效能感;做好医校家社合作,增强家长认可度等方面进行干预,减少家长阻碍。Parents,as guardians,are the decision-makers for vocational college students to receive psychological professional treatment.The decision-making process includes three stages:identifying the problem,making the decision to seek help,and choosing and using the service.The parents’social and economic conditions,the severity of their child’s behavioral problems,the stigma of seeking psychological treatment,and their understanding and feelings about psychological professional services affect the parents’decision-making process for seeking professional psychological treatment for their children.Accordingly,interventions can be made from optimizing the structural resources of psychological services,improving economic convenience;assisting parents in problem assessment to reduce blindness in seeking help;eliminating the stigma of psychotherapy to improve parents'effectiveness;and doing a good job of cooperation between medical institutions,schools,and communities to enhance parents’acceptance and recognition.
