摘 要:针对煤矸石的高值资源化利用难题,采用碱熔融水热法制备了煤矸石基NaX型分子筛,考察了碱用量、晶化温度、晶化时间等参数对合成结果的影响,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。探究了分子筛对水溶液中Cd^(2+)离子的吸附行为,研究了分子筛用量及Cd^(2+)离子溶液浓度不同时的吸附影响。结果表明,在煤矸石质量与氢氧化钠质量比值为1∶1,煅烧温度设置为550℃,晶化时间设置为48 h,晶化温度设置为100℃时合成条件的分子筛质量最好。Aiming at the problem of high value resource utilization of coal gangue,coal gangue-based NaX molecular sieves are prepared by alkali fusion hydrothermal method.The effects of various factors on the crystalline products are investigated,including alkali rate,crystallization temperature and time.The structure and morphology are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The adsorption performance of Cd^(2+)ion is investigated in solution for the synthesized NaX molecular sieve.The adsorption effects of different amount of molecular sieve and concentration of Cd^(2+)ion in solution are studied.The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions to get NaX molecular sieve are mass rate of m(coal gangue)∶m(alkali)=1∶1,fusion temperature at 550℃,crystallizing at 100℃for 48 h.
