摘  要:针对玻璃纤维增聚砜复合材料(GF/PSU)的高温加工变色以及注塑制品的外观应用需求,使用混合、挤出的方式制备了氧化锌、钛白粉、硫化锌增白的GF/PSU复合材料。利用力学性能测试、颜色表征研究了不同颜料的种类、含量和尺寸对GF/PSU复合材料力学性能和颜色白度的影响。研究结果显示,氧化锌、钛白粉的加入会导致复合材料的力学性能显著降低,而硫化锌影响很小。硫化锌和钛白粉对GF/PSU复合材料的增白效果更好,复合材料色度能达到进口成熟产品水平。Aiming at the high temperature processing discoloration of glass fiber reinforced polysulfone composites(GF/PSU)and the appearance application requirements of injection molded products,zinc oxide,titanium dioxide and zinc sulfide whitening GF/PSU composites are prepared by mixing and extrusion methods.The effects of the type,content and size of different pigments on the mechanical properties and color whiteness of GF/PSU composites are studied by mechanical properties test and color characterization.The results show that the addition of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide will lead to a significant decrease in the mechanical properties of the composites,while zinc sulfide has little effect.Zinc sulfide and titanium dioxide have better whitening effect on GF/PSU composites,and the color of the composites can reach the level of imported mature products.
