数字人民币在绿色金融场景中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着全球气候变化问题加剧,绿色金融已成为推动可持续发展的重要手段。党的二十届三中全会明确了中国式现代化建设,绿色发展成为其中的重要组成部分,绿色金融被视为核心动力。当前,绿色金融的发展面临诸多挑战,数字人民币(e-CNY)的独特功能为解决这些难题提供了创新方案。探讨数字人民币在绿色金融中的创新应用点及理论基础,明确了数字人民币在绿色信贷、绿色基金、绿色债券及绿色保险等应用场景中具有重要作用。通过分析数字人民币在绿色金融不同场景中的优势、面临的挑战及解决策略,提出了数字人民币可以成为促进绿色金融高质量发展的新型管理工具,并指出其发展路径,也为数字人民币在其他领域的应用提供了参考。With the intensification of global climate change,green finance has become an important means to promote sustainable development.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has defined the uniquely Chinese path to modernization,in which green development plays an important role and green finance serves as its core driving force.However,the development of green finance faces many challenges.The unique capabilities of the digital Renminbi(e-CNY)provide innovative solutions to these challenges.Through literature analysis,the shortcomings of current research are clarified,and the innovative application points and theoretical basis of e-CNY in green finance are discussed.The pilot and promotion of e-CNY shows that it plays an important role in green credit,green funds,green bonds,and green insurance.This paper analyzes the advantages,challenges,and solutions of e-CNY in different scenarios of green finance,proposes e-CNY as a new management tool and development path in the development of green finance,and provides references for its application in other fields,thus promoting the high-quality development of green finance.
