论数字殖民的意识形态逻辑

摘　　要：数字殖民是数字帝国最新的统治形式,其生成机理遵循着资本增殖、空间拓展和权力垄断的逻辑。数字殖民以技术逻辑为支撑与意识形态耦合,催生“算法异化”,造就“共景监狱”,引致“精神空场”,进而诱发意识形态风险的产生。基于从生产运作到消费的逻辑,数字殖民以“颠倒观念”牧领、“编码构镜”虚饰、“软性叙事”侵蚀、“虚假需求”钳制等手段展开意识形态渗透。破解数字殖民的逻辑悖谬,需要正确引导数字技术,靶向规制数字资本,完善数字治理体系,构建数字命运共同体,在反抗数字帝国殖民霸权中实现世界平等的数字化繁荣与人的自由解放。Digital colonization is the latest form of digital empire,and its formation mechanism follows the logic of capital multiplication,space expansion and power monopoly.Digital colonization is supported by technical logic and coupled with ideology,spawning“algorithm alienation”,creating a“common scene prison”,causing a“spiritual empty field”,and thus inducing the emergence of ideological risks.Based on the logic from production operation to consumption,digital colonization carries out ideological penetration through“reverse concept”pastoralism,“code construction mirror”decoration,“soft narrative”erosion,“false demand”suppression,etc.To solve the logical paradox of digital colonization,it is necessary to correctly guide digital technology,target digital capital regulation,improve the digital governance system,build a digital community with shared future,and realize the digital prosperity of equality in the world and the freedom and liberation of people while resisting the colonial hegemony of digital empires.
