数字经济何以推动城乡融合发展--基于287个地级市的实证分析

摘　　要：我国长期存在的城乡二元结构问题制约了实现共同富裕进程,如何推动城乡融合、解决城乡分割问题值得深入研究。在发展新质生产力的时代背景下,系统分析数字经济影响城乡融合发展的内在逻辑,从微观和宏观两个视角探讨数字经济推动城乡融合发展的作用机制,并采用2011—2021年我国287个地级市数据进行实证检验。研究发现,数字经济有利于推动城乡融合发展,数字经济对城乡经济融合发展和城乡空间融合发展的促进作用更显著;分样本显示,在东部地区、人口规模较大地区,数字经济对城乡融合发展的促进作用更显著;机制检验发现,微观层面上,数字经济通过促进劳动力双向流动、促进资金流动进而推动城乡融合发展;宏观层面上,数字经济通过促进产业结构优化进而推动城乡融合发展。因此,加快数字经济发展,构建要素自由流动机制,促进城乡产业结构优化,为推动城乡融合发展提供新动能。The long-standing problem of urban-rural dual structure in China has constrained achieving common prosperity.How to promote urban-rural integration and solve the problem of urban-rural division is worthy of in-depth study.Based on the context of developing new quality productivity,this study systematically analyzes the internal logic of digital economy affecting urban-rural integrated development,discusses the mechanism of digital economy promoting urban-rural integration from both micro and macro perspectives,and uses the data of 287 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2021 for empirical test.It is found that the digital economy is conducive to promoting the urban-rural integrated development,and the digital economy has a more significant role in promoting the integrated development of urban-rural economy and urban-rural space.The sub-sample showed that in the eastern region and areas of larger population,the digital economy has a more significant role in promoting urban-rural integration.The mechanism test found that at the micro level,the digital economy promotes the two-way flow of labor force and the flow of capital.At the macro level,the digital economy promotes the optimization of industrial structure.Therefore,we should accelerate the development of the digital economy,build a mechanism for the free flow of factors,promote the optimization of urban and rural industrial structure,and provide new driving forces for the urban-rural integrated development.
