摘　　要：柑橘渣是柑橘加工产生的副产物,如果处理不当会造成环境污染。柑橘渣富含果胶、纤维素和半纤维素等多种膳食纤维,能够有效促进反刍动物瘤胃和肠道菌群稳态。柑橘渣中还具有丰富的柑橘类黄酮(橙皮苷、橙皮素和柚皮苷等)、精油、维生素等生物活性物质,展现出较强的抗氧化、抗炎、增强免疫等功效。将柑橘渣添加在反刍动物饲粮中替代部分玉米、麦麸、豆粕等粮食作物,既可解决环境污染问题,又能积极响应国家非粮饲料替代行动,具有广阔的应用前景。文章在总结柑橘渣功能的基础上,进一步阐述柑橘渣在反刍动物饲料中的应用,包括对生长性能、肉品质、免疫功能和肠道健康等的影响,为柑橘渣饲料化利用提供参考。Citrus pomace,a by-product of citrus processing,can cause environmental pollution if not properly managed.This residue is rich in vari⁃ous dietary fibers,including pectin,cellulose,and hemicellulose,which have been shown to effec⁃tively promote the stability of the rumen and intes⁃tinal microbiota in ruminants.Additionally,citrus pomace contains abundant bioactive compounds such as flavonoids(hesperidin,naringenin,and nobiletin),essential oils,and vitamins,demonstrat ing strong antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory effects.Incorporating citrus pomace into ruminant diets as a partial substitute for grain crops such as corn,wheat bran,and soybean meal can not only address environmental pollution issues but also actively support the national non-grain feed substitu⁃tion initiative,thereby offering broad application prospects.This article expands on the functional properties of citrus pomace and delves into its applications in ruminant feed.Specifically,it examines the effects of citrus pomace on growth performance,meat quality,immune function,and gut health.The findings pre⁃sented herein provide valuable insights and references for the utilization of citrus pomace as a feed resource.
