摘 要:试验旨在测定高粱秸秆青贮前后常规营养成分,并通过体外产气试验和尼龙袋试验进行饲用价值评价。以晋糯3号高粱秸秆为试验材料,分别在青贮第0天(青贮前)和第56天(青贮后)取样测定常规营养成分;通过体外产气试验测定高粱秸秆青贮前后不同发酵时间的产气参数,通过尼龙袋试验测定高粱秸秆青贮前后96 h干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消失率。结果显示:高粱秸秆青贮后干物质含量显著低于青贮前(P<0.05),而酸性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素和总能显著高于青贮前(P<0.05);青贮后pH显著低于青贮前(P<0.05),氨态氮、总挥发性脂肪酸和乳酸含量及氨态氮/总氮值显著高于青贮前(P<0.05)。在体外产气试验中,高粱秸秆青贮后体外72 h累积产气量、理论最大产气量及产气速率与青贮前无显著差异(P>0.05),青贮后发酵液pH、异丁酸含量和乙酸/丙酸值较青贮前分别降低了0.73%、7.24%、17.27%(P<0.05)。在尼龙袋试验中,青贮后高粱秸秆96 h中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维瘤胃消失率较青贮前分别提高了10.19%和19.84%(P<0.05),而96 h干物质和粗蛋白消失率无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合分析认为,青贮可在一定程度上改善高粱秸秆的营养价值,且青贮后有利于动物的消化。The purpose of this study was determine the conventional nutrients of sorghum straw before and after silage,and the feeding value of the silage was evaluated by in vitro gas production and nylon bag meth⁃ods.Sorghum straw Jinnuo No.3 was used as the test material,which was sampled on day 0(before silage)and day 56(after silage),to explore the changes in conventional nutrients.At the same time,the gas produc⁃tion parameters at different fermentation times were measured by the in vitro gas production method,and the disappearance rate of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber in the rumen at 96 h were determined by nylon bag test.The results showed that:the dry matter content of sorghum straw after silage was significantly lower than those before silage(P<0.05),while the contents of acid deter⁃gent fiber and acid detergent lignin and gross energy were significantly higher than those before silage(P<0.05).And pH after silage was significantly lower than before silage(P<0.05).The contents of ammonia nitrogen,total volatile fatty acid and lactic acid and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen were sig⁃nificantly higher than those before silage(P<0.05).In the experiment of in vitro gas production,there was no significant difference in cumulative gas produc⁃tion,theoretical maximum gas production and gas production rate at 72 h of before and after silage(P>0.05),but the pH,isobutyrate content,and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid after silage were decreased by 0.73%,7.24%,17.27%com⁃pared with before silage,respectively(P<0.05).In the experiment of nylon bag,the ruminal neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber disappearance rate at 96 h after silage were increased by 8.77%and 19.64%compared with before silages(P<0.05),while the dry matter and crude protein disappearance rate at 96 h were no significantly different before and after the silage(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis showed that silage can improve the nutritional value of sorghum straw to a cert
