摘  要:试验旨在探究青贮玉米混合型颗粒饲粮对籽鹅肉品质、肌肉营养成分及氨基酸组成的影响。选取60只28日龄籽鹅,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,青贮组饲喂青贮玉米混合型颗粒饲粮,试验期42 d。试验结束后屠宰鹅,测定肉品质、肌肉营养成分和氨基酸含量,计算必需氨基酸评分。结果表明:青贮组籽鹅的肌肉剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05),2组间肌肉营养成分和氨基酸含量均差异不显著(P>0.05),2组蛋氨酸+胱氨酸评分均小于1。说明在籽鹅育成期饲喂青贮玉米混合型颗粒饲粮能够显著降低肌肉剪切力,提高肌肉嫩度。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of silage corn mixed pellet diet on meat quality,muscle nutritional ingredient and amino acid composition of Zi geese.A total of 6028-day-old Zi geese were randomly divided into 2 groups.The geese in control group were fed basal diet,and the geese in silage group were fed silage corn mixed pellet diet.The experiment lasted for 42 days.In the end,geese were slaughtered to determine meat quality,nutritional ingredient and amino acid content of meat,and calculated the essential amino acids score.The results showed as follows:the muscle shear force of Zi geese in silage group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in muscle nutritional ingredient and amino acid contents between 2 groups(P>0.05).Methionine+cystine scores were less than 1 in both groups.In conclusion,feeding silage corn mixed pellet diet during the growing period of Zi geese can significantly reduce muscle shear force,thereby improving muscle tenderness.
