摘 要:为探讨饲料中添加复合免疫增强剂对杂交鲟幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标及非特异性免疫功能的影响,试验以1200尾初始体重为(83.75±4.77)g的杂交鲟幼鱼为研究对象,随机分为4组,分别在基础饲料中添加0、1%、3%和5%复合免疫增强剂,试验期36 d。结果显示:①与对照组相比,复合免疫增强剂1%和3%添加组增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,复合免疫增强剂3%添加组血清总蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05)。③随着复合免疫增强剂添加量的增加,血清过氧化氢酶活性和补体含量逐渐增加,其中5%添加组过氧化氢酶活性和补体C3、C4浓度显著高于对照组和1%添加组(P<0.05),3%添加组补体C3浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3%和5%添加组血清溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组和1%添加组(P<0.05);1%添加组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组和其他添加组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饲料中添加适量的复合免疫增强剂能促进杂交鲟幼鱼生长,增强其免疫功能,添加浓度以3%为宜。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound immunopotentiator on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and non-specific immunity of juvenile hybrid sturgeon.A total of 1200 juvenile hybrid sturgeon with an initial body weight of(83.75±4.77)g were selected and ran⁃domly divided into four groups.The ratio of 0,1%,3%and 5%compound immunopotentiator were added to the basic diet respectively.The experiment lasted for 36 days.The results showed as follows:①compared with the control group,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate were significantly higher in the 1%and 3%compound immunopotentiator added groups(P<0.05).②The serum total protein content of 3%com⁃pound immunopotentiator added group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).③As the concentration of compound immunopotentiator increased,the serum catalase activity and comple⁃ment content were gradually increased.Among them,the catalase activity and complement C3,C4 concentration of 5%compound immunopotentiator added group were significantly higher than those of control group and 1%compound immunopoten⁃tiator added group(P<0.05).The complement C3 concentration of 3%compound immunopotentiator added groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum lysozyme activity of 3%and 5%compound immunopotentiator added groups were significantly higher than those of control group and 1%compound immunopotentiator added group(P<0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase activity of 1%compound immunopotentiator added group was significantly higher than that of control group and other supplemental groups(P<0.05).Results indicat that adding appropriate amount of compound immunopoten⁃tiator in the diet could promoted the growth of juvenile hybrid sturgeon and enhanced its immune function,the optimal addition concentration is 3%.
