山银花黄芩提取物抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：研究旨在探究山银花黄芩提取物在小鼠体内抗炎镇痛效果。取小鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,每组10只。分别为模型对照组、阳性药物组以及山银花黄芩提取物低、中、高剂量组,阳性药物组每天灌服10 mg/mL的阿司匹林溶液,低、中、高剂量组每天按体重0.5 mL/20 g分别灌服64、128、256 mg/mL的山银花黄芩提取物溶液,模型对照组灌胃同等体积的饮用水。试验通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加试验、醋酸致小鼠扭体试验、热板法试验,观察山银花黄芩提取物的抗炎镇痛效果。结果显示,中、高剂量组的二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀被显著抑制(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,低、中剂量组能显著降低醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加(P<0.05);与低剂量组相比,低剂量组能显著降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,各剂量组均能提高热痛阈值,且与给药时间无关。表明山银花黄芩提取物具有良好的抗炎镇痛作用。The study aims to explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the extract of Lonicera confuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis in vivo.Take 50 mice,half male and half female,and randomly divide them into 5 groups,with 10 mice in each group.There are three groups:the model control group,the positive drug group,and the low,medium,and highdose groups of the extracts from Lonicera con⁃fuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis.The posi⁃tive drug group is orally administered with 10 mg/mL of aspirin solution every day,while the low,medium,and high-dose groups of Lonicera confuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis extract are orally administered with concentra⁃tions of 64 mg/mL,128 mg/mL,and 256 mg/mL of the extracts from Lonicera confuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis at a dose of 0.5 mL/20 g per day.The model control group is orally administered with the same volume of drinking water.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extracts from Lonicera confuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis were observed through experiments such as xylene induced ear swelling in mice,acetic acid induced increase in abdominal capil⁃lary permeability in mice,acetic acid induced writhing in mice,and hot plate method.The results showed that xylene induced ear swelling in mice in the medium and high dose groups was significantly inhibited(P<0.05);compared with the model control group,the low and medium dose groups can significantly reduce the increase in intra-abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice(P<0.05);compared with the model control group,the low-dose group can significantly reduce the number of writhing events induced by acetic acid in mice(P<0.05);compared with the model control group,all dose groups were able to increase the thermal pain threshold,regardless of the administration time.The extracts from Lonicera con⁃fuse DC and Scutellaria baicalensis has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
