摘  要:为了评估与预测铜锌铁离子混合物对海洋环境影响及水生动物的毒性效应,该研究以单一组分的48 h半致死浓度为毒性单位采用等毒性比方法构建4种混合体系研究对卤虫幼体的毒性效应。利用概率单位法分析4种混合体系的24 h、48 h半致死浓度与安全浓度及置信区间;毒性单位法(TU)评价混合物的作用类型。同时,根据单一金属离子浓度-效应(CRC)曲线运用CA模型与IA模型对4种混合物的联合毒性进行预测。结果表明:铜锌、铜铁、铁锌、铜铁锌混合物安全浓度为1.147(0.803,1.345)、0.190(0.153,0.944)、0.636(0.513,0.652)、0.168(0.126,0.422)mg/L。4种混合物的联合毒性主要表现为强协同与部分协同效应。模型预测表明IA模型、CA模型对铜铁、铜锌混合物毒性效应在一定区间下有较好的预测效果,铁锌、铜铁锌混合物的毒性效应与CA模型、IA模型均偏离较远,CA模型的准确性与混合物是否具有加和性有关,当金属离子间有很强的协同效应时,通过模型预测会低估其毒性效应。本研究可为开展重金属复合污染对海洋水质影响和卤虫的重金属联合毒性评价提供参考资料。In order to evaluate and predict the effects of copper,zinc and iron ion mixtures on the marine environment and the toxicity of aquatic animals.Took the 48 h half lethal concentration as a toxic unit,four mixed systems containing copper,iron,and zinc ions,were constructed by equal toxicity ratio method.They were used to studied on the joint toxicity of Artemia larvae.The 24 h and 48 h half lethal concentrations,safety concentrations and confidence intervals were analyzed by probability unit method for the four mix⁃tures.The toxic unit method(TU)was used to evaluate the interaction types.At the same time,the CA model and IA model were used to predict the joint toxic⁃ity of the four mixtures based on the single metal ion concentration-response curve(CRC).The results showed that the safe concentration of copper zinc,copper iron,iron zinc,and copper iron zinc mixture were 1.147(0.803,1.345),0.190(0.153,0.944),0.636(0.513,0.652),0.168(0.126,0.422)mg/L.The joint toxicity of the four mixtures mainly manifested as synergistic and partial synergistic effects.The CA,IA model had a good predictive effect for the toxic effects of copper iron and copper zinc mixtures on a certain interval.The toxic effects of iron copper and copper iron zinc mixtures deviate significantly from the CA and IA model.The accuracy of CA model was related to whether the mixture is additive or not.When there is a strong synergistic effect between metal ions,the joint toxic effect will be underestimated by model prediction.This study could pro⁃vide reference for the impact of heavy metal combined pollution on marine water quality and the evaluation of heavy metal joint toxicity on Artemia saline.
