摘　　要：中国作为全球养猪大国和猪肉消费大国,养猪业的发展历史悠久,品种资源丰富。在众多猪种中,地方猪种以其独特的生物特性和种质资源价值,占据了举足轻重的地位。这不仅丰富了我国的家畜遗传资源,还对新品种的培育、家畜遗传多样性的维护以及生猪产业的稳定与持续发展起到了关键作用。文章综述了地方猪的繁殖性能、肉品质、抗逆性优势特点及优质基因的选育,为优质地方猪的合理开发利用及保护提供参考。As a prominent nation in pig breeding and pork consumption,China has a longstanding history of pig farming and abundant breed resources.Among its diverse array of pig breeds,local varieties hold a sig⁃nificant position due to their distinctive biological traits and valuable germplasm resources.This not only enhances China′s livestock genetic reservoir for livestock but also plays a crucial role in fostering new breeds,preserving genetic diversity in livestock,and ensuring the stability and sustainable growth of the swine industry.This article offers an overview of the reproductive performance,meat quality,stress resis⁃tance advantages,and selection of high-quality genes found in local pig breeds,thereby furnishing valuable insights for the reasoned development,utilization,and conservation of premium local pig breeds.
