摘 要:为了实现喷漆废气的彻底净化处理,本文针对蓄热式燃烧技术(RTO)原理、应用环境、系统构成、性能指标及处理效果等内容进行研究,结合喷漆工艺、废气浓度及喷漆废气污染物种类等因素,通过沸石转轮+蓄热式燃烧技术(RTO)的喷漆废气处理工艺的实践验证,表明蓄热式燃烧技术(RTO)在喷漆废气处理中效果优良,实现净化处理,达到超低排放要求,值得应用推广。In order to achieve thorough purification of spray painting exhaust gas, this article focuses on the principle, application environment, system composition, performance indicators, and treatment effects of regenerative combustion technology(RTO). C ombining factors such as spray painting process, exhaust gas concentration, and types of spray painting exhaust pollutants, the practical verification of the spray painting exhaust gas treatment process using zeolite wheel and regenerative combustion technology(RTO)shows that RTO has excellent effects in spray painting exhaust gas treatment, achieves purification treatment,and meets ultra-low emission requirements, which is worthy of application and promotion.
