摘　　要：分析比较了不同社会制度背景下数字经济发展的共同特征与个性差异,比如都是以数据为新的生产要素、以数字平台为连接市场主体的新纽带、以数字技术助力经济社会发展等;但是,二者发展的最终目的、主导力量、对当代人生存境遇的影响和对全世界的价值各不相同。得出中国应该在政治、经济、文化、社会和外交诸方面因势利导,发挥优势,让数字经济成为助力中国式现代化发展的重要动力。Thedigital economy is characterized by taking data as a new factor of production,digital platform as a new link between the main body of the market,digital technology to promote economic and social development.However,there are different development characteristics of the digital economy under different systems.Such as the fundamental purpose of development,the leading forces of development,its influence on human beings,and its impact and significance on the world.China should find a unique path to develop the digital economy through comparison,and make the best use of the situation in the political,economic,cultural,social,and diplomatic fields,so as to make the digital economy an important driving force for the modernization with Chinese characteristics.
