摘  要:针对一起110 kV备自投动作失败案例,分析了动作失败的原因,并提出了两种改进方案。第一种方案将110 kV备自投跳闸出口触点接至进线操作箱的“永跳”开关量输入端,以避免出现启动重合闸和闭锁备自投的问题。第二种方案将备自投闭锁条件控制字设置为“闭锁功能仅在启动前有效”,以解决备自投动作闭锁其继续投入备用电源的问题。对这两种方案的优缺点进行对比分析,优先推荐第一种改进方案。In allusion to a case of 110 kV automatic bus transfer operation failure,the causes of the failure are analyzed,and two improvement schemes are proposed.In the first scheme,the tripping outlet contact of 110 kV automatic bus transfer is connected to the“permanent tripping”digital input of the incoming line operation box,so as to avoid the trouble of initiating reclosing and blocking automatic bus transfer.In the second scheme,the blocking condition control word of automatic bus transfer is set to the value that“the blocking function is only effective before startup”,so as to solve the problem that the automatic bus transfer operation blocks its continued connection to the standby supply.Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,the first improvement scheme is recommended as a priority.
