摘 要:针对海上电力作业通信稳定性差、信号覆盖范围小等问题,综合运用卫星通信、无线宽带自组网、超短波中继等技术,提出了面向近海、中海、远海三类场景的多船协同通信技术方案。实践表明,该海上电力作业通信方案能够实现最远66 km的视频清晰回传和最远85 km的语音流畅对讲,实现了海上电力作业状态和船上作业风险的实时监控,为海上电力作业提供了坚强的通信支撑。In allusion to the problems of poor communication stability and small signal coverage in power operations at sea,a multi-vessel cooperative communication technology scheme for three types of scenarios,namely,offshore,mid-sea and far-sea,is proposed based on the comprehensive use of satellite communication,wireless broadband ad hoc network,and ultrashort-wave relay technology.The practice shows that the communication solution for power operations at sea is able to realize clear video playback at a distance of up to 66 km and smooth voice intercommunication at a distance of up to 85 km,thus realizing the real-time monitoring of the status of power operations at sea and the risk of shipboard operation,and providing a strong support for the communication of power operations at sea.
