摘　　要：针对某500 kV变压器高压套管电容量及介质损耗因数超标事件,分析了油浸纸绝缘电容式套管的结构及特点,根据该套管的现场检查情况、电容量和介质损耗试验数据、油色谱试验结果,以及油浸纸绝缘电容式套管电容量和介质损耗因数的计算结果,判断套管存在部分击穿故障。解体检查结果证明了分析的正确性。最后对套管运行维护提出了相关建议,为变压器套管类似缺陷的分析提供借鉴。In allusion to an incident of exceeding capacitance and dielectric loss factor of a 500 kV transformer high voltage bushing,the structure and characteristics of the oil-immersed paper-insulated capacitor bushing are analyzed,and it is determined that there is a partial breakdown fault in the bushing based on the on-site inspection,the capacitance and dielectric loss factor test data,the oil chromatography test results,as well as the calculation results of capacitance and dielectric loss factor.The results of disassembly inspection prove the correctness of the analysis.Finally the relevant suggestions for bushing operation and maintenance are put forward to provide reference for the analysis of similar defects of transformer bushings.
