摘 要:针对电网设备操作和检修的实际时间与计划时间偏差较大导致供电公司发布的用户停送电信息的准确性与用户需求和专业管理要求仍有一定差距的问题,运用大数据、云计算、物联网等技术,对操作和检修的实际时间与计划时间的偏差进行分析,获取各种类型检修、操作的基准用时,合理安排计划时间,并向用户实时展示停送电及检修情况,实现用户对停送电时间的精准感知。To address the problem that the accuracy of user outage and energization information released by the power supply company can not fully meet the user needs and the professional management requirements due to the large deviation between the actual time and the planned time of grid equipment operation and maintenance,the deviation between the actual time and the planned time of operation and maintenance is analyzed by using technologies such as big data,cloud computing and the internet of things.The benchmark time of various types of maintenance and operation is obtained,the planned time is rationally arranged,and the real-time panoramic situation of power outage,energization and maintenance is shown to users,thus realizing users' accurate perception of the time of power outage and energization.
