摘 要:为探究对冲燃烧锅炉煤粉量和二次风量对锅炉侧墙附近还原性气氛的影响,采用送粉管道煤粉分配器调整、燃烧器外二次风配风、下层燃烧器对应可调缩孔调整和上层燃烧器对应可调缩孔调整等方式,对靠近锅炉侧墙的煤粉量和二次风量进行调整,在不同的调整方式下,锅炉侧墙附近的H2S体积分数的平均值分别下降6%、21%、7%和24%,CO体积分数的平均值分别下降3%、18%、23%和34%,锅炉侧墙还原性气氛生成减少,从而降低了水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的风险。To explore the influence of the amount of pulverized coal and the amount of secondary air in the opposed firing boiler on the reducing atmosphere near the boiler side walls,the measures,such as pulverized coal distributor adjustment in powder feeding pipes,secondary air distribution outside the burner,adjustable shrinkage hole adjustment corresponding to the lower burners and adjustable shrinkage hole adjustment corresponding to the upper burners,are adopted in order to adjust the amount of pulverized coal and the amount of secondary air close to the boiler side walls.Under different adjustment modes,the average values of H2S volume fraction near the boiler sidewalls decrease by 6%,21%,7% and 24% respectively,the average values of CO volume fraction decrease by 3%,18%,23% and 34% respectively,and the generation of reducing atmosphere at the boiler sidewalls is reduced,which in turn reduces the risk of high temperature corrosion of water walls.
