摘 要:当前,用户侧储能已成为促进新能源消纳和构建新型电力系统的重要手段,但是仍缺乏基于现行政策和市场运营情况的用户侧储能项目收益测算模型,不利于储能项目的发展。对峰谷套利、政府补贴、市场化交易抵扣、节省需量基本电费和需求响应等盈利渠道进行分析,并以1 000 kW/2 000 kWh的用户储能项目为例,构建了用户侧储能收益测算模型。结果表明,该项目能够在3~6年内收回投资成本,显示出较高的投资回报率,验证了用户侧储能的广阔发展潜力。The user-side energy storage has become an important means to promote new energy consumption and build the new type of power system.However,it still lacks a revenue measurement model for the user-side energy storage projects based on the current policy and market operation,which is not conducive to the development of the energy storage projects.Profit channels such as peak-valley arbitrage,government subsidies,market-based trading deductions,demand-saving basic costs and demand response have been analyzed,and a user-side energy storage revenue measurement model has been constructed by taking a1 000 kW/2 000 kWh user-side energy storage project as an example.The results have shown that the project is able to recover the investment costs within 3~6 years,demonstrating a high return on investment and verifying the broad development potential of user-side energy storage.
