摘　　要：针对企业培训中存在的自建业务系统复杂、复用性差、数据不一致以及用户体验差等问题,围绕智慧校园建设目标,进行信息化应用与新型基础设施的统筹规划。通过建设涵盖培训、后勤、学工服务等业务领域的综合应用系统,统一数据标准,挖掘数据价值,构建统一入口的综合门户和运维监控中心。该措施优化了业务应用的服务体验,支持智能分析、预警及业务决策,降低了数据不一致带来的错误率,提高了用户的工作效率和满意度。In allusion to the problems of complexity of self-built service systems,poor reusability,data inconsistency,and poor user experience in corporate training.The integrated planning of informatization applications and new infrastructures is carried out focusing on the goal of smart campus construction.By building an integrated application system covering training,logistics,trainee affairs,and other service areas,the data standards is unified,the value of data is explored,and the integrated portal with a unified entrance and the operation and maintenance monitoring center are built.The methods optimize the service experience of service applications,support intelligent analysis,early warning and service decision-making,reduce the error rate due to data inconsistency,and improve the efficiency and satisfaction of users.
