供给侧改革视角下社会办医高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：以推动高质量发展为主题、深化供给侧结构性改革为主线是国家“十四五”时期经济社会发展指导思想。基于供给侧改革视角,从供给政策、总量、结构、内部管理制度四个核心维度进行审视分析,发现我国社会办医高质量发展仍面临诸多挑战。具体表现为政策制定与落地有待完善、供给与需求不匹配、内部管理制度亟需创新。为此应完善政策配套措施、明确社会办医定位与发展方向、完善内部管理制度,以促进我国社会办医医院的高质量发展。The theme of promoting high-quality development and deepening supply-side structural reform is the guiding principle of economic and social development in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.Based on the perspective of supply-side reform,from the four core dimensions of supply policy,total volume,structure,and internal management system,it is found that the highquality development of China's non state owned medical services is still facing many challenges.Specifically,the formulation and implementation of policies need to be improved,the supply and demand do not match,and the internal management system needs to be innovated.In this regard,we should improve the policy support measures,clarify the positioning and development direction of non state owned medical service,and improve the internal management system,so as to promote the high-quality development of China's non state owned hospitals.
