摘　　要：随着国家区域医疗中心建设,项目医院日益成为社会各界瞩目的焦点。本研究选取西部地区的一家国家区域医疗中心项目医院作为研究案例,对其人力资源配置、学科专业建设、医疗技术应用以及信息化服务水平深入分析,以揭示项目医院当前存在的短板与不足之处。针对共建主体面临的挑战:如何通过高质量的建设与管理,有效提升项目医院的服务能力进行探索与思考。期望为国家区域医疗中心项目医院建设找到切实可行的实践路径,助力国家区域医疗中心建设目标顺利实现。With the construction of the national regional medical center,the project hospital has increasingly become the focus of attention from all walks of life.This study selected a project hospital of national regional medical center in western China as a case study,and made an in-depth analysis of its human resource allocation,discipline construction,medical technology application and information service level,to reveal the current shortcomings and deficiencies of the project hospital.It also explored and considered the challenges faced by the co-builders:how to effectively improve the service capacity of the project hospitals through high-quality construction and management.It is expected to find a feasible practical path for the construction of national regional medical center project hospitals,and help the smooth realization of the goal of national regional medical center construction.
