摘　　要：医院管理人才的培养是增强其综合素养与专业能力的重要策略。本研究通过国内外医疗管理人才培养的理念、范畴进行深入梳理与系统归纳,从国家层面、地区差异、行业特色等多个主体分析医院管理人才培养实践中的宝贵经验与前沿做法。在理论研究与实践基础之上,进一步探索并提炼出未来医院管理人才培养的新视角与发展趋势,旨在为医院管理人才培养提供思路框架与实践指南,促进医院管理人才培养工作持续优化与创新。The training of hospital management talents is an important strategy to enhance their comprehensive quality and professional ability.This study systematically summarizes the concept and scope of medical management talent training at home and abroad,and analyzes the valuable experience and cutting-edge practices in hospital management talent training from multiple subjects such as the national level,regional differences and industry characteristics.On the basis of theoretical research and practice,this paper further explores and refines a new perspective and development trend of future hospital management talents training,aiming to provide a framework and practical guidelines for the training of hospital management talents,and promote the continuous optimization and innovation of hospital management talents training.
