基于DEA-Malmquist指数的精神专科医院科室运行效率研究

摘　　要：目的通过对精神专科医院科室运行效率进行研究,为医院提高运行效率和高质量发展提供参考。方法运用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数模型计算科室运行效率及其动态变化情况,并分析其影响因素。结果2023年8个住院科室中6个科室DEA有效,仅1个科室DEA无效,1个科室DEA弱有效。2019—2023年住院科室全要素生产率平均值为0.947,技术水平相对退步5.3%。7个科室年度平均全要素生产率小于1,主要影响因素是技术退步。结论各科室运行效率差异较小,资源配置较为均衡;技术进步指数相对偏低,医院应加强人才队伍建设、技术创新和设备更新等;医院应综合提升精细化管理水平。Objective By studying the operation efficiency of psychiatric hospital departments,to provide references for hospitals to improve operational efficiency and high-quality development.Methods The DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index model were used to calculate the operating efficiency of the department and its dynamic changes,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results In 2023,DEA was effective in 6 out of 8 departments,ineffective in 1 department,and weak effective in 1 department.From 2019 to 2023,the average total factor productivity of inpatient departments was 0.947,with a relative decline of 5.3%in technical level.The annual average total factor productivity of 7 departments was less than 1,and the main influencing factor was technology deterioration.Conclusion The difference in the operational efficiency of each department is relatively small,and the allocation of resources is relatively balanced.The index of technological progress is relatively low,and the hospital should strengthen the construction of human resources,technological innovation and equipment renewal.The hospital should comprehensively enhance the level of fine management.
