摘 要:目的探讨医护人员对大型公立医院一院多区管理模式的认知与看法,为公立医院一院多区的规划、设置与管理提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,对2022年1月至3月在台州市某三级甲等医院就职的16名医护人员进行半结构式访谈,访谈资料通过Nvivo12.0软件进行系统整理,采Colaizzi七步分析法进行深入的内容分析。结果共提炼三个主题:(1)协同保障机制尚待完善(资源分配不平衡、资源利用不充分、院区间协同能力欠佳)。(2)制度与政策支撑不足。(3)医院文化同质化难度大。结论在一院多区建设中,应进一步提升各院区间的协作效能,促进整体协调发展,加强一院多区管理制度建设,持续优化相关支持政策,确保各项管理措施的有效执行,加强对医务工作者的关怀与尊重,提升团队凝聚力,为一院多区的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。Objective To explore the knowledge and views of medical staff on the multi-campuses management mode of large public hospitals,and to provide a basis for the planning,setting and management of multi-campuses in public hospitals.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 16 medical staff who were employed in a Grade A tertiary hospital in Taizhou City from January to March 2022,and the interview data were systematically collated by Nvivo 12.0 software,and Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to conduct in-depth content analysis.Results A total of three themes were distilled.(1)The synergy guarantee mechanism needs to be improved(unbalanced resource distribution,insufficient resource utilization,and poor synergy capacity among hospitals).⑵Insufficient system and policy support.⑶Homogenization of hospital culture is difficult.Conclusion In the construction of one hospital with multicampuses,it is necessary to further improve the collaboration efficiency of each hospital,promote the overall coordinated development,strengthen the construction of one hospital with multi-campuses management system,continue to optimize the relevant support policies,ensure the effective implementation of all management measures,strengthen the care and respect for medical staff,improve team cohesion,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of one hospital with multi-campuses.
