摘　　要：探讨患者家属参与安宁疗护的意义,通过强化心灵照护并深化对传统孝道观念的理解,有助于满足家属的精神需求,促进孝德美德的传承与创新发展,凸显了家属在维护患者尊严与提升生命质量方面所扮演的关键角色。研究着重强调了专业心理支持对于帮助家属在安宁疗护过程中调适情绪、缓解压力、增强心理韧性以及维护其福祉具有积极意义。提出医疗与社会服务机构的紧密协同,为临终患者及家属构建一个多层次、全方位的安宁疗护支持体系。The study explores the significance of family members'participation in hospice care,which,by strengthening spiritual care and deepening understanding of the traditional concept of filial piety,helps to meet the spiritual needs of family members,promotes the inheritance and innovative development of filial virtues,and highlights the key role that family members play in preserving the dignity of the patient and enhancing the quality of life.The study highlights the positive significance of professional psychological support in helping family members to adjust their emotions,relieve stress,enhance psychological resilience,and maintain their well-being during the hospice process.It is proposed that healthcare and social service organizations should work closely together to build a multilevel and comprehensive hospice support system for terminally ill patients and their families.
