摘 要:目的探索基于全周期的药品安全执行节点信息化管理建设与实践成效。方法基于全周期管理理念,研究移动扫码终端在药品开具、审方、药品配置、运送和执行等关键环节的信息化管理。结果实行药品安全执行节点信息化管理后,医院月度给药错误发生例数降为12~28例,其中Ⅳ-A级共89例,Ⅲ-B级71例,Ⅲ-C级85例,Ⅲ-D级10例,Ⅲ-E级3例;医院单月所有药品PDA执行率为98.11%,补录率为0.57%。结论基于全周期的药品安全执行节点信息化管理不仅可有效实现无纸化办公,简化工作流程,更避免了医疗差错与事故的发生,确保医疗过程有明确的依据和可靠的数据支持。Objective To explore the construction and practice effectiveness of informatization management of drug safety execution nodes based on full life cycle.Methods Based on the concept of full life cycle management,study the informatization management of mobile code-sweeping terminal in the key links of drug prescribing,prescription review,drug configuration,delivery and execution.Results After the implementation of drug safety execution node informatization management,the number of cases of monthly medication administration errors in the hospital decreased to 12~28 cases,including a total of 89 cases of IV-A,71 cases of III-B,85 cases of III-C,10 cases of III-D,and 3 cases of III-E.The execution rate of PDA for all medicines in the hospital in a single month was 98.11%,and the make-up rate was 0.57%.Conclusion The information management of drug safety execution node based on the full life cycle can not only effectively realize paperless office and simplify the workflow,but also avoid the occurrence of medical errors and accidents,and ensure that the medical process has a clear basis and reliable data support.
